| Note - This is fieldwork job (Vasai & Virar Region) (A) Supervision & Team Management. 1) Maintaining attendance record of Supervisor’s and Team. 2) Make sure supervisor/team follow their respective treatment schedule & tour plan. Also 7-8 days Spraying Cycle, 8-10 days Fogging Cycle. 3) Need to check on regular basis whether team is maintaining daily activity record book with authenticated by Citizen or any other Official. 4) Make sure team identifies and neutralize breeding spots of respective Prabhag in every seasons. 5) Cross check on chemical usages and record of use by employees. 6) Employees to be kept motivated at all given point of time. 7) Handle Supervisors and make sure their Performance is Up to Mark. 8) Give timely briefing to team, regarding treatment or up- coming seasonal treatment. (B) Inventory & Warehouse Management. 9) Adapting FIFO method in warehouse for chemical distribution. 10) As per stock allocation prabhag has to collect chemical from main warehouse every month 11) Make sure optimum use of machinery and maintain less than 5% down time of allotted machinery. 12) Make sure all Safety gear are available to your team. 13) Inventory to be Checked and Updated weekly and made ready for fortnightly Audit. 14) Make sure Godowns are in Good Condition with proper Safety Measures. (C) Preparing Report, Maintaining Data and Accountability. 15) Fill Daily Task Sheets and Have accountability for that. 16) Make Sure Daily and Seasonal Activity schedule prepared properly and cross verified. 17) Daily Activity : Daily team working Report ( Daily Report Yellow Card) 18) Seasonal Report : Dengue Malaria Seasonal Reports , Winter Reports ( every treatment activity should be documented and authenticated) 19) Make sure Team will Prepare all government register, Delivery challan , praman patra , related to work and signed by officers before submitting in office. 20) Make sure employees are in proper dress code and safety gears as per company’s protocols. 21) Minimize vector related complains in prabhag 22) Bring down the Number of Dengue/ Malaria/ Filaria cases in the respect areas allotted to them 23) Make sure SOP’s have 0% variance as per company guidelines. 24) Generate Innovating Strategies and Discuss with Immediate Seniors to bring down the complaints & number of cases. (D) Team & Company representative 25) When required meet Government officials, Hospital Authorities & Politician/ Corporators as per schedule drawn by company. 26) Need to understand team member’s problem and always ready to solve the issues as a Team lead. | ||||
