Job Title-Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Responsibility:-
Important Note - This is Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing company 
We required only Who have Experience Design calculation, specification, procedures asper ASTM, API & ASME guidelines, Solid work Software Experience also required .
  1. The responsibilities of the New Product Development Engineer shall include, but are not limited to, those contained in the following statements:
  2. · Design and Develop New products based on API and customer input and mkt study.
  3. · Prepare 3D model, Review and Check 2D drawings with respect to mfg detail, general arrangement drawings in accordance to product specifications.
  4. · Will lead projects with Junior design engineer to make drafting based on DFX concept.
  5. · Implement design concepts on NPD projects under the direction of engineering Manager.
  6. · Conduct 3D Model reviews to complete Engineering such that downstream operations like manufacturing, Quality, Assembly & Testing and future maintenance executed without any issue.
  7. · Prepare Design calculation, specification, procedures asper ASTM, API & ASME guidelines for design package for client & compliance requirement.
  8. · Lead engineering assignments such as assisting with the development of specifications, datasheets, calculations, drawings, material take-offs.
  9. · Conduct design review and checking designs, drawings and data with multiple stake holders to discuss technical, procedural and operational issues and work practice
  10. · Deal with product Non-conformance and its Root cause.
  11. · Establish good working relationships and communication with all Leads, Managers.
  12. · Interface with Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors for completion of engineering activities
  13. · Standardization of Design Procedures, Check list and Guidelines.
  14. · Ensure the safe, effective, and successful implementation and delivery of engineering projects.
  15. · Adherence to the HSE requirements stipulated by Company/Clients
