Civil Engineering, Billing, Quantity Survey, BBS, Cost Management, Tendering, Contracts Engineers with experience in Billing, Quantity Survey, BBS, Cost Management, Tendering, and Contracts in the above fields need apply. Excellent communication skills and computer skills in MS Office & Auto Cad are a must.
