- Conduct daily ,weekly meeting and prepare production plan as status,planning,issues & solutions,Dispatch timeline and raw material.
- Co-ordinate with management,subordinates and handle manpower.
- Resolve production issue promptly.
- Maintain discipline on production floor.
- plan for development of plant.
- Develop responsibilities and authorities amongst various levels.
- Plan for production target achievement and process innovation.
