Job Title	-	Production Manager (Handle 3 Unit)
Job Details:-
Requirement:- Important Note - Candidate must have Experience in Furniture Furniture Industry, Signage-Graphics & Turnkey Projects) And ready to visit company Delhi , haidrabad and other location factory unit. If any Candidate Want to Relocate in this Area then 1bhk Rental Cost will be5000 to 6000 / Month  Proven experience as production Manager (Especially in Furniture Industry, Signage-Graphics & Turnkey Projects) Deep knowledge of Furniture work, Fabrication, Light, production management, Logistic& Dispatch, Materials. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts Experience in reporting on key production metrics Proficient in MS Office and ERP software Factory management To work as per strategic goals of company, keeping vision and mission of the company in mind Job responsibility:- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements Estimate costs and prepare budgets Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Training - Production & process:-  Hire & Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions ISO 9000 2015 implementation & coordination Role Objective:- to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. Planning and organizing production schedules, estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.

Job Responsibility:-
Candidate should have good knowledge of Wood Furniture Industry Wood Furniture production Will be working as project engineer Monitor client requirement  Monitor daily production & Archive target  will handle team of 40-50 employees  Able to read 2D & 3D drawings Knowledge of wood furniture & Materials Company Details :- Over 1 Lac Square feet of Factory dedicated to design and create best furniture product in wood, metal and Plastic Production facilities constitute 1 Lacs sq. ft. of constructed space workshop at Vasai (Mumbai) and Bhilad (Gujarat) – India. 45 office staff. Skilled labor force of 125 carpenters, 55 painters, 45 metal fabrication workers and an electrical team of 10 members. Infrastructure managed and supervised by four mechanical engineers, three CAD operators and one interior designer. Team of 75+ persons for recce and installation. In-house facilities to process & work on raw materials like MDF, particle board, marine ply, solid acrylic, Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), acrylic, polyurethane paint (PU), MS sheets and pipes, SS sheets and pipes, LED modules and strips, all kinds of plastic sheets such as PP, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, etc. One of our major strengths is to fabricate both fixed as well as modular retail fixtures
