| 1. Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel. 2. Diploma / Degree Holder, having working experience in Solid Work AutoCAD. 3. Work experience of any other mechanical domain is also acceptable, drawings-Preparation comprising Mechanical, 4. Preparation of Layout and detail drawings. 5. Ability to work in a team and deal with tough deadlines. 6. Develop P and I diagram, equipment layout, pipe/duct layout (tender drawings and detailed engineering). 7. Basic Knowledge of mechanical equipment like pumps, chillers, compressors, pipes, valves, AHUs etc. Experience for Mechanical Equipment Drawings for Columns, Pressure Vessel, Exchangers. 8. Principles of Drawings. 9. Fabrication Drawing with compete Bill of material 10. Familiar with Water Tanker Trailers, Fuel Tanker Trailers drafting design or development. 11. All Types of Automobiles Components, Fabrication Drawing Designing Drafting and Detailing Tipper Trailers, Tip Trailers, Trailers & other articulated trailers. 12. Mechanical Construction Activities & Draw the General Arrangement for their details according to the standard codes the Instruction of out superior 13. Manufacturing Engineering Process Design & process plan drawing 14. Drafting of Electrical lines diagrams or pipe line diagrams. 15. Solving the quarries of the engineers as per the requirements 16. Preparation of diagram as per the demands 17. To make them easy to understand the designs 18. Taking responsibility of the design Prepared by 19. Helping workers to make them understand the design 20. Working at elevation mechanical contraction activities 21. Knowledge of safe working. 22. At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the calculations and design 23. Will be able to examine in detail the design and manufacturing specifications of client companies, except codes and standards, and reflect them on the design 24. Engieer with strong Engineering Instinct, able to generate quick solutions / predictions when needed 25. Knowledge on welding, non-destructive testing, steel and nickel alloys, corrosion etc. 26. Knowledge of Technical documentation 27. Knowledge of Preparation of Design documentation 28. Preparing bill of material. Testing of machines. Preparation of operating & instruction manual. Maintaining department record as per ISO 9001-2015 & 14001-2015. 29. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output 30. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations 31. Scan documents and print files 32. Keep information confidential 33. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files 34. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions 35. Keeping track of important deadlines and reminding relevant person of such tasks and duties 36. Assist in implementing and maintain procedures 37. Miscellaneous tasks to assist department. Desired Candidate Profile 1. ITI / Diploma Mechanical from reputed institute having 3 years of relevant experience. 2. Exposure to preparation of drawings for Utilities of Industrial projects. 3. Should have exposure of working with Manufacturing firm and/or organization. 4. Autocad 2 D experience 5. Solid Works 6. Computer knowledge 7. Experience with MS Office and data programs 8. Familiarity with administrative duties 9. Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner 10. Attention to details 11. Confidentiality 12. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks 13. Willing to go extra mile to complete on hand task 14. Team player 15. Good in communication within company and outside 16. Good interpretation of emails and instructions 17. Able to communicate effectively with emails and other methods. | ||||
