Job Title-Tender Executive
Job Responsibility:-
  1. Managing complete bid preparation by understanding the Pre/Post Qualification (PQ) & Technical Qualification (TQ)
  2. Vendor interaction & negotiation to getting competitive prices
  3. Maintaining healthy customer relations. Addressing to queries / issues in a satisfactory manner and escalating their satisfaction levels
  4. Preparation of contract agreement with the help of legal team.
  5. Drive the Tender/RFP/EOI, BID preparation
  6. Knowledge of online vendor registration and renewal as well as Digital Signature certificate (DSC)
  7. Knowledge of online tender submission of Government-e-Marketplace (GeM) web portal and/or anyother government, semi-government web portal
  8. Identifying, Co-ordinating & Compiling all documents for bid
  9. Evaluating Pre-Qualification (PQ) & Technical Qualification (TQ) as per requirement.
  10. Raising queries to Pre-bid Meeting
  11. Negotiation with vendors
  12. Interacting with Client, Consultant, etc.
  13. Strong communication skill with good interpersonal and positive attitude
  14. Interacting with Client for lease generation
  15. Interacting with Client with during bid and post submission of the bid.
  16. Able to prepare MIS of all submitted / not submitted tenders and present the same to CEO
  17. Able to communicate with inter departmental associates for releasing money towards Tender fees, EMD, Security amount, etc.
  18. Able to submit bid ontime with independently
  19. Need to closely work with Technology team for right strategy in place for winning the engagement Preparing Quotations / Sale Orders Managing Online Tenders Customer Communication and Correspondence (email, telephone)General Admin Support Sales and Service Support Salesmen Coordination Documentation Management MIS To assist Sales Director with preparing quotations, follow up with field staff, payment follow ups by phone, keep record of sales figures, prepare all sales reports, customer database management, field staff expense report, other office admin No Targets.
  20. Coordinating with Agents for feedback from existing customer, new projects, their commission statements, cross checking the same with our data, arranging their payment through account in their respective countries.
  21. Responsible to Co-ordinate with ASM for day-to-day operations Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to clients.
  22. Follow up with customers for orders.
  23. Responsible for client handling Maintaining records about Invoices, PO, Stock Job responsibilities
  24. Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products.
  25. Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.
