| 1. Inspection and Testing: 1) Perform detailed inspections of raw materials and components used in the production of mechanical seals, including checking for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material integrity. 2) Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications. 3) Execute functional tests on finished mechanical seals, such as pressure testing, leakage tests, and performance evaluations, to verify operational effectiveness. 2. Compliance and Documentation: 1) Ensure all quality control procedures are followed and that products adhere to industry regulations and company quality standards. 2) Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, including any non-conformities or deviations. 3) Prepare and review quality reports for internal use and external compliance, as needed. 3. Problem Identification and Resolution: 1) Identify, analyse, and document quality issues or defects in mechanical seals and associated components. 2) Collaborate with production, engineering, and design teams to address quality problems, implement corrective actions, and develop preventive measures. 3) Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. 4. Continuous Improvement: 1) Contribute to the development and refinement of quality control processes and standards. 2) Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in mechanical seal technology, and best practices in quality control. 3) Engage in training and professional development to enhance your expertise in mechanical seals and quality management. 5. Communication and Collaboration: 1) Effectively communicate quality issues, findings, and recommendations to team members, supervisors, and other departments. 2) Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and resolve any quality-related concerns. 3) Foster a collaborative work environment focused on achieving high-quality standards and operational excellence. | ||||
