| 1) Responsible for Inventory management, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing strategies to optimize stock rotation and minimize overstock or stockouts. 2) Plan and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods. 3) Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation requirements. 4) Supervise the shipping and receiving teams, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods. 5) Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, addressing discrepancies as needed. 6) Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and expedite urgent shipments. 7) Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel, monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback. 8) Foster a safe and collaborative work environment, enforcing workplace safety regulations and best practices. 9) Continuously review warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. 10) Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, to ensure safe and efficient operations. 11) Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and organization to create a conducive working environment. 12) Ensure accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Skill : 1) Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. 2) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous process improvement. 3) Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
