- ) Searching for customers and trying to convince them about the service
- ) Contacting possible and existing customers on the phone, by email, through social media, or in person, for their new inquiries, or to convey the running offers, and new services to them
- ) Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- ) Give the response & following up of all customers within 24 hours.
- ) Take continuous follow up from willing customers & give priority to this customer.
- ) Preparing and sending quotes and proposals with all details as per the resort’s standard format.
- ) Resolving the customer's queries/objections related to any service or requirement.
- ) Managing the sales process through software programs
- ) Closing the sales deal.
- ) Generate and record sales data for future reference in a given format.
- ) Engage in regular customer meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- ) Find out & identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell Profit’s products and services.
- ) Meeting sales targets.
- ) Strong coordination with the Front office staff, other interlink department, with colleagues & with seniors
- ) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- ) Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- ) Using & developing latest sales development ideas & skills.
