If you are not 100% fluent in English then don't apply. 1) Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. 2) Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 3) Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. 4) Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. 5) Negotiate prices and terms with customers. 6) Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities. 7) Sales executives must be able to comprehend customer needs and adjust their sales strategy as necessary. 8) Sales executives need to be able to close deals and solve problems that may arise during the sale. 9) Sales executives need to recognise and address problems that can arise when conducting sales. 10) Strong product knowledge is required for sales executives to properly convey and convince customers of the features and benefits of the commodities they are offering.
