Job Title	-	Executive - Client Servicing
Job Responsibility:-
Fluent In English. Achieve set sales targets in a given time frame. Execute complete project from enquiry to payment collection. Coordinate with Customer, Factory, Design/Engineering and Installation. Handle Customer escalations / complaints. Plan and implement Sales, handling customer enquiries and retention of existing customers. Handle first level escalations for issues related to transporter/logistics/unloading of Signage. Monitoring of Installation/complaint data entered in Tracker sheet.  Intimate all concerned to ensure timely installation/closure of pending complaints.
