Job Title-Service Engineer (Installation)
Job Responsibility:-
1. Taking reports of installation supervisors and checking their expenses.
2. Giving after sales service program.
3. Maintaining the expense on daily basis.
4. Coordinating with other regions or supervisors or clients to understand the nature of complaint and accordingly process it further by preparing the workorder.
5. Arranging installation schedules of installation supervisors on daily basis
6. Communicating with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
7. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
8. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment on site.
9. Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
10. Maintaining the expenses daily as per the sales order.
11. Scheduling of Installation supervisors on daily basis to meet customers’ requirements.

Skills:
  1. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  2. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  3. Ability to work through project issues with customers in a timely manner
  4. Technically competent and proficient with various software programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet, etc.
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail & Phone calls
  6. Fast Paced Multi-Tasker
  7. Attention to Details
  8. Strong work ethic
  9. Ability to follow through with tasks given by colleagues and complete them on time.
