Job Title	-	Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibility:-
Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat. Provide product information, pricing details, and answer customer queries. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and orders.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and upselling products or services. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Prepare sales reports and assist in sales data analysis. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments.
