Job Title-Purchase Assistant

  1. Process purchase requisitions for purchase orders.
  2. Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Follow up with vendor to ensure that the vendor received P.O.
  4. Float enquiries to get competitive quotations & prepare the cost comparative statement.
  5. Follow up for material & candidate should be aware of lead times of all material/Delivery.
  6. Co-ordinate with store, planning team and plan material as per the lead times.
  7. Follow up vendors & ensure material is delivered as per delivery schedule.
  8. Review & Co-ordinate with store daily for material & update the
  9. status if any delay in deliveries.
  10. Invoice checking,
  11. GRN entry,
  12. Maintaining of purchase record,
  13. Candidate must have knowledge about tally.
  14. Co-ordinate with team
  15. Reporting to HOD & MD.
  16. Responsible & smart & quick learner.
