Job Title	-	Purchase Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors, compare and evaluate offers, and negotiation. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review the quality of purchased products Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Take control in stock with checking proper documents Coordinate with store keeper to ensure proper storage & material maintenance Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends Purchase order preparation, purchase order/ Material follows up Proper verification of purchase requisition and proceed for order Required Skill Candidate With Purchase Knowledge In The Same Industry Would Be Preferred,  But He Should Have Good Communication & Negotiation Skills,  Good Organisational And Time Management Skills, Technical Knowledge,  Flexibility And Adaptability, Excellent Analytical Skills,  Knowledge Of The Various Purchase Markets In The Local Area And Mumbai,  Company Details-  XYZ (Original Company Name Hide) designs and manufactures processing machineries for Bio Pharma, Pharma, Cosmetics, Nutraceutical, chemical and Food Industries and provides exceptional service and support.
