| Important Note - Candidate should have good working experience in electrical panel manufacturing company Key Result Areas 1 On-time submission of QC documents to the Customer 2 Develop & Maintain test schedule & set up. 3 Analysis of Nonconformities by various methods – 7 QC Tools / 8 D etc. 4 Develop Test procedures/W.I. for IQC / In-Process / Final inspection. Responsibilities 1 To conduct customer/Third party inspection smoothly and prepare reports as required in time 2 Proper and systematic maintenance of Inspection Records in Hard as well as a soft form 3 To understand the concept and prepare documents such as a Quality Assurance Plan, List of Equipment, Compliance against Specification, etc. 4 Monitor the activities of Inspection team members 5 Monitor test results & verify records on sampling for testing of products. 6 Coordinate with D & D and customer support (repairing) for CAPA. 7 To co-ordinate for customer audits as and when required. Capabilities and competencies 1 To understand and adopt knowledge quickly in new environment. 2 Good understanding of QA / QC procedures & Sampling Plan. 3 Understand processes like Welding, Grinding, Winding, Fitting, Soldering, SMT & Wave soldering machine operation & Testing (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) 4 Understanding of material (Metal / Plastic / Electronics) 5 Reading & understanding of customer’s specifications. 6 In-depth understanding of all processes involved in a manufacturing company 7 Able to work in a team 8 Good written and verbal communication | ||||
