- Supervising and planning the manufacturing process.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and workers.
- Generating production documentation, statistical and financial records.
- Actively working from work order received till successful installation visit report.
- Ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Ensure the production line is adequately staffed.
- Worker’s task distribution, supervising, problem-solving, meetings, leave management
- Material list preparation and received material checking, utilization
- Job work vendor evaluation, checking/inspecting and testing, co-ordination till meets the final job
- Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions organization of workflow according to the workload to meet the delivery schedule,
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Remove waste from processes
- Technical knowledge, Project Management Skills, Manpower Management or teamwork, Safety procedure in production, Equipment Maintenance skill, Experience in work/project scheduling, arrange work in order of priority, ability of supervision, strong coordination, decision-making power.
- Organise plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
- Equipment maintenance skill involves checking, replacing, or repairing machinery required for a production process and maximizing of productivity of machinery and equipment
- Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems.
- Co-ordination with clients and vendors to obtain material or equipment and others
- Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
- Design and implement cost-reductive charges and work within set budgetary plans for the project.
- activities/inspection/packing and storage of finished product.
- Machine electricals and programming work coordination.
- Manage Installations of the machines.
- Review and approve production records, change control requests, equipment maintenance, cleaning procedure
