Job Title-Maintenance head
Job Responsibility:-
  1. He should thorough knowledge of working in a Flexible Packaging company as a Maintenance Head.
  2. He should have handled breakdowns and should have established and implemented a robust preventive Maintenace system to avoid routine/repeated maintenance issues.
  3. He should hands on experience of functioning of various machines like printing, lamination, slitting, pouching, utilities and auxiliary machines and their critical issues.
  4. He should have hands-on experience of attending breakdowns and troubleshooting them.
  5. He should have ability to lead and guide an experienced team and when necessary he should lead from front in cases of crisis situtations.
  6. Maintaining of all machinery in good working and running condition is essential responsibility of this function.
  7. Creating and implementing maintenance procedures.Identifying and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy that ensures efficient operations. 
  8. Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.
  9. He should have thorough knowledge of spares management and Vendors associated with them.
  10. He should have experience of erection , installation, commissioning of new machines and their testing for performance parameters /results.
  11. He should also have experience of shifting or relocating of machines as may be required.
