Doing Outbound Calls daily, and Inform Customers About Company's Products Identify Customers' Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible Data Entering in CRATIO Software Monitoring and Follow up with Customer. Conversion of Enquiries from Cold to Warm. Distribution of Sales Enquiries to Sales Executive Zone Wise. Weekly Report in Review of Sales Executives of Warm and HOT enquiries. Customer Feedbacks Preparing Presentation for sales if required.
