Job Title		Logistics / Dispatch Executive
Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:- Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation and customer services. Development of shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers. Making arrangements for the transportation of products. Coordination with factory staff for efficient daily deliveries. Maintaining and preparing records for outbound deliveries. Taking necessary measures for avoiding quality control issues concerning deliveries. Ensuring the quality standard of dispatch vehicles as per the given SOPs. Keeping the customers updated regarding their dispatch details & delivery schedule. Maintaining and updating the record of orders from customers and suppliers. Preparing and presenting logistics reports to senior management. Vendor management of logistics suppliers. Invoicing of finished goods on our ERP (TCS ION). Requirements:- Work experience in Logistics Administration or a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead the order processing for timely deliveries & to keep a record of pending orders. Understanding of accounting principles would be an added advantage. Ability to organize and update inventory records. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail.
