Job Responsibility
Job Description:- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Complete coordination with sales, purchase, production, and dispatch team to deliver the sale on time. Determining manpower, equipment, and raw material needed to cover the production demand. Prepare status and performance reports and resolve production issues. Reduced investment in inventory Reduced production cost by increasing efficiency Smooth flow of all production processes Reduced waste of resources & Production cost savings that improve the bottom line Desired Candidate Profile:- Maintaining continual professional development by the requirements of the plant. Working as a team player with an ability to lead on projects when required. Dealing with planning appeals and offering representation where required. Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the planning process Communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach & Problem-solving skills Skill in budget preparation and manpower planning Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
