Job Title-Quality Manager
Job Responsibility:-
  1. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
  2. Devise and review specifications for products or processes
  3. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
  4. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
  5. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
  6. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  7. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
  8. Approve the right products or reject defectives
  9. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  10. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
  11. Answering & solving customers’ complaints after reviewing their analysis points
  12. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
  13. Be on the lookout for opportunities for line improvement and develop new efficient procedures of line changes
  14. Checking quality of products by reviewing design, manufacturing, and testing documentation
  15. QMS/IATF Auditing work
  16. Ensure all legal standards are met
  17. Review current standards and policies
  18. Prepare & review data sheets for materials.
  19. Review prepared drawings of clients
  20. Attend meetings with clients whenever needed
  21. Prepare & update the quality plan, PFMEA, Process Flow Chart & Control Plan
  22. Handle clients for product regarding queries through visits
  23. Provide customer support & handling mails
  24. Handling documentation(APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC) regarding QC
  25. Leading and handling team of engineers
  26. Prepare, Update and maintain PPAP records
  27. Review incoming, in-process and final quality activities
  28. Coordinate and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality
  29. Identify the main root of quality problems, and coordinate for modifications or other corrections
