Job Title-Administration Manager

  1. Administration of Organasation (Original Name Hide) - WR Regional office and other Organasation Chapter offices/centres of Western Region reporting to Western Region Office Bearers & ED / NOBs from time to time.
  2. Fulfilling all statutory responsibilities of Organasation
  3. Preparation of financial budgets and approval of Organasation Western Region for the year.
  4. Co-ordination and promotion of activities of Organasation centres of Excellence (COE) including financial involvement in Western Region & Chapters of Western Region
  5. Help in measurable/verifiable goal setting for Organasation  and its CoEs.
  6. Promoting activities of Organasation at all forums.
  7. Promotion of membership growth.
  8. Representing Organasation  with all government and other bodies with which Organasation has to interact on regional basis.
  9. Co-ordination and promotion of activities (including financials) of Indian foundry journal and including its timely delivery to its members of Western Region.
  10. Maintenance and upkeep of Organasation  proprieties at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad etc. and wherever else such property documents at HO.
  11. Training and development of Organasation staff of WR including their performance appraisals and feedback.
  12. Preparation of Agenda and minutes for all the meetings like Regional Council meetings if to be held in Chapters of Western Region, Past Chairman’s Council meetings, Steering Committee meeting, etc.
  13. Actively promote Indian Foundry Congress and Organasation  Exhibitions.
  14. Overall responsibility for planning for increase in income and monitoring of receipt and expenditure of funds of Organasation as per laid guidelines.
  15. Protect the vital assets of the Institute, ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, close the books correctly and communicate value and risk issues to stakeholders.
  16. Putting in place an efficient and effective finance system/process providing a variety of service to Organasation  such as financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and other finance operations.
  17. Any other responsibility that may be assigned by NOB and/or NC.
Note - It is very critical to work closely with all Regional Office bearers especially the OBs and provide periodic report (fortnightly preferred) on the activities, finances and the appraisal of other staff members to create transparency in the organisation.
