Job Title		Sr. Procurement Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Prepare, and place purchase orders for raw materials and laboratory consumablesReview purchase orders to ensure product cost, payment terms, product information, and delivery information are accurate Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers for order finalisation and Import raw materials through ocean freight Coordinate with sales and production teams to place orders as per weekly and monthly raw material planning. Follow up with raw material suppliers on regular basis to ensure shipment and delivery on promised dates. Maintain physical and digital records of purchases and related documentation. Record price movements of key raw materials on monthly basis  Update supplier register on monthly to track raw material purchases Candidate Profile. Prior experience as a Procurement Executive in Chemicals/Pharma industry. Graduate degree in Engineering/ScienceCommerce from reputed and recognized University in India. Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures including imports. Ability to grasp technical specifications of chemicals and consumables  Proficient in MS Office Programs, in particular Excel. Good time management and organisation skills.
