| We are looking to recruit Project Engineer for a greenfield project at Mahad MIDC. The Engineer will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team managing greenfield projects from execution to handover. Responsibilities • Supervise and manage third-party contractors for timely execution • Prepare work schedule for project activities • Perform quality control checks on the workmanship and agreed deliverables • Reconcile invoices against work completed on-site • Reconcile material consumption against budgeted quantity • Report regularly on project status • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications • Design support to on-site team by reading and interpreting IFC drawings • Manage project implementation complying with all Safety Regulations • Manage project team members, vendor, and construction contractors on site Candidate Profile • Min 5+ years of experience in greenfield / brownfield projects in Chemicals Industry • Prior experience managing civil contractors, and mechanical fabrication contractors • Prior experience in construction, fabrication, inspection, erection, commissioning in Chemical Plant / Chemicals Manufacturing • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering • Good communication skills | ||||
