| Job Responsibility:- | ||||
| Ø Development of vendors for required product or process wise. Ø Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers. Ø Send drawing to vendor for quotation, after getting quotation from vendor and comparison of quotation. Ø Estimate and cost parameters and budgets for purchase. Ø Negotiations appropriate contracts for pricing and supply Ø Maintain all costing data of supplier Ø Discuss with vendor for any manufacturing, drawing and delivery relates issues. Ø Ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials from vendors. Ø Co-ordinate with Senior to inspect or verify the job to avoid line rejection. Ø Review on vendors on regular basis by monitoring the criteria’s like cost, quality, service level & deliveries. Ø Process and send out purchase order purchase requisition. Interact with supplier on a day to day basis. Ø Track order and ensure timely delivery. Ø Organize and update database of supplier’s delivery time, invoice and quantity of supplies. Ø Contact with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. | ||||
