- Having minimum 10 years or more relevant experience in Bridge Construction.
- Should have lead a team for construction of minimum of 2 Nos of bridges.
- Execute and supervise the construction activities (Pile, Pile foundation, Pier/ Pier Cap erection, Launching of Steel/PSC girders, retaining wall construction) on site as per the requirements of the technical specification and drawings.
- Checking the bar bending schedule of different parts of structure, design of temporary staging works, planning of works, prepare daily progress reports.
- Perform measurements, handled Q.C test of concrete, organize and handled initial and routine test of piles.
- Check working drawing, methodology and issue working drawing to contractor for execution.
- Preparation of positive and negative variation proposal for structure beyond BOQ and having the same certified by the client/consultant.
- Coordination and communication with project team members
- Establish the quality management system, safety management, time management, cost planning and management system for the construction activities
- Prepare Monthly RA bill, should be well versed with preparation of rate analysis for extra-items that arise during the course of the project.
- Pre stressing and grouting works for I-girder and BOX girder.
- Attending weekly meeting with clients and consultant.
- Ensuring that all the pending decisions are cleared to avoid any work stoppage at site.
- Prepare daily program in advance in co-ordination with the site foreman / supervisor and request for the necessary resources for carrying out the same.
- Prepare of EOT documents as and when required.
- To ensure that the project is delivered within the time-period mention without levy of L.D. on the contractor.
