Job Title	-	Production Manager
Job Responsibility:-
Candidate should have good experience in sheetmetal industry  The production manager is the face of the company to our customers.  In this role, all communications regarding a given project are the responsibility of the production manager.  The production manager is responsible to protect the project margin, ensure all equipment meets the project goals and maintaining an open dialog with the internal customer.  The manager shall work in a multi-tasking team environment to assist with maintaining contract requirements and achieving company goals.  As part of the Projects group, this individual will interface with the corporate staff, engineering / R&D / Design drafting, along with our extensive network of global partner offices as needed.  The production manager has a responsibility to ensure that he/she maintains a working knowledge of all related Products, and can discuss technical issues with the customer. Desired Candidate Profile Able to read Drawings and Interpreted for BOM/BOQ & Production related requirement Coordinate with all departments (QA/QC, Logistics, Bending, and Punching Supervisor) Knowledge of Electrical Material From Sheet metal fabrication background (Light weight sheet metal) Should able to give efficient material planning, monitor and achieve production target and if any shortfall in target production need to take necessary action base on rout cause/why-why analysis/fishbone diagram.
