Job Title		VMC Supervisor
Job Responsibility:-
Job Summary :- To maintain daily shift wise production record Reducing the machine idle time Proper guidance should be given to the operators Reporting to superior on daily basis Ability to reduce setup time and machining through process improvements Kaizen and cost saving Man power handling Functions and responsibilities:- To make the load plan for all m/c. As per tool room priority To achieve the required quality level of job &measuring the same before deliver. To complete the job in stipulated timings. Reducing the machine idle time. Daily giving the report to superior regarding day today activity in the section. Measurement of departmental efficiency & improve it. To maintain the 5s level of dept. At all time. Reduction in rework & rejection. To maintain the minimum inventory in store. To carry out the trials of new cutters inserts & advanced technology. Kaizen & Cost Saving. Man power handling Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team Competencies required to perform job:- Effective written and verbal communication skills are also essential in this role, since VMC supervisors need to report to General Managers and interact with machinists. VMC machine operation skills are also key for VMC supervisors, since they need to train new hires, work on on the manufacturing floor to help meet deadlines, and troubleshoot machinery. Have good knowledge of Computr, MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point. Note :- Interview location will be vasai or silvassa as per candidate convenient.
