Job Title		Production Planning Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Duties & Responsibilities:- Act as Coordinator between Purchase, Sales, Operations & Production Coordinate production workflow for multiple products and profiles in between HO and Units. Preparing report of prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay Coordinate with inhouse team to ensure equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand and prepare the schedule accordingly Monitor Files and schedule on regular basis to ensure they will finish on time. Production Sequence planning, Inventory Control, follow up orders on unit wise. Point out the issues immediately when they arise aiming for minimum disruption with engineering team. Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) Prepare and submit status and performance reports relating to process, product and operation on-time performance Verification of material availability (material stock and availability report for a targeted production output). Update regular Operations status to develop priorities which are in line with Sales requirements. Manage reporting pattern of the overall functioning of the production planning control Preparing weekly / monthly production MIS report Monitor the Production Sequence planning, Inventory Control, follow up orders on unit wise. Revises and reschedules orders when necessary as per the Management instruction. Capture necessary communication on BOM to be relayed to Operations through w/o release. Track in-work product. Daily review of sales order open bookings. Daily review of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate processes of transactions between operations. Work pro-actively, on a daily basis, with the manufacturing units, procurement and other departments to ensure schedules are maintained. Competencies required ERP experience is Must Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities. Thorough knowledge of office procedures, highly developed computer skills, and advanced capabilities with software including Microsoft work, power point, excel and outlook. Fluent in English and Hindi is must Should have good leadership and managerial skills Should be able to handle Production Planning Control (PPC) scheduling report of multi products Should have good knowledge of all the planning tools Should be smart in his working and ready to work in challenging work environment Collaborate with Purchase, Sales and other In-house teams. Preferred Skills:- Fluent in English and Hindi is must Should have good leadership and managerial skills Should be able to handle Production Planning Control (PPC) scheduling report of multi products Should have good knowledge of all the planning tools Should be smart in his working and ready to work in challenging work environment Collaborate with Purchase, Sales and other Inhouse teams.
