Job Title		Quality Manager

MAIN PURPOSE/FUNCTION OF JOB:             Reviews design, manufacturing, and testing documentation. Coordinates and performs inspections of raw materials and finished products, applying appropriate quality assurance testing models. Identifies the root cause of quality problems, and coordinates modifications or other corrective action. Note- Candidate should have experience in Pharma Process Equipments Mfg. Company MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Incoming material inspection - Bought-out & raw material inspection as per PO specification & Test certificate verification In process inspection - Stage inspection of all shop floors machines & making a inspection reports. QAP - Making QAP as per project Final Inspection - Carried out final dimensional inspection & making a inspection reports. & Final trial reports Final Trial - Conduct final running trial for machines. Vendor site inspection - Carried out vendor site inspection & maintains records. Deviation list - Maintain deviation list for all projects. Instrument Calibration - Maintain instrument calibration & records. Reviewing of final documentation of machines (DQ, IQ, and OQ). Co-ordination with vendor for any product or machine issue- vendor development Desired Candidate Profile: Manufacturing experience with an emphasis on design for manufacturability is desirable. Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Should have knowledge of manufacturing process including machining, welding and GD &T
