Job Title		Coordinator for project Dispatch
Job Responsibility:-
Duties & Responsibilities:- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures. Should be skilled in computer handling, Microsoft office suite etc. Developing project dispatch strategies. Create a project dispatch calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. Ensuring projects dispatch adhere to all documentation and is maintained appropriately for each project. Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries Ensuring project dispatch deadlines are met. Responsible for taking care of all dispatches of projects with preparation of documents i.e. bill, challan, E-way bill etc.  Stock of project warehouse and coordination with project people at H.O... If required creation of S.O. related to project dispatch. Information to concerned persons may be dealers, Durian showroom or project people after dispatched. Co-ordination for allocation of stocks to be dispatched with HO.  Co-ordination with various UNITS for documents as well as stocks to dispatch.  Co-ordination and follow-ups with the logistics, which includes courier persons as well. Preferred Skills:- Good knowledge of MS Office, Tally, ERP and should be proficient with working in MS Excel. Effective communication and Written Skills. Ability to convince and negotiate with a confident & determined approach. Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market.
