Job Title-Senior Service Coordinator (Fluent in English)
Job Responsibility:-
  1. Coordinate closely with the installation team to ensure seamless execution of service tasks with Strong communication and convensing power. 
  2. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing effective resolutions.
  3. Obtain necessary permissions and approvals for service activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Oversee and manage customer care operations, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and satisfaction surveys.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes and improve overall customer experience.
  6. 6) Provide leadership and guidance to junior service coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of customer interactions and service outcomes.
  8. Analyze service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service coordination and customer care, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
  10. Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity in all interactions and service delivery.
