2 Updation of Steel Fabrication and Theme Tracker 3 Planning of Materials SO wise. 4 Preparation of Vendor wise Steel and Theme production Plan. 5 To trouble shoot problems of Steel Fabrication and Theme Vendors. 6 To assign MRD targets for Fabrication Vendors and Theme vendors 7 To Ensure Production and MRD targets are Met 8 To Ensure dispatch targets are Met 9 To ensure safe loading of Material during dispatches 10 Proper storage of RM at vendors Shop floor. 11 To maintain a track on inventory at vendors place 12 Ensuring Good Quality and Defect free Production. 13 Conducting QC inspection of Steel Fabrication 14 Planning and execution of Hot dip Galvanizing as per requirements 15 Maintaining OTIF for All So's 16 Procurement of Paint as per SO requirement. 17 Painting of Steel Structure as per SOP 18 Development New Vendor / Supplier 19 Provide technical assistance in Purchase of Raw Materials 20 To provide rate analysis of rates of raw material received from Suppliers 21 Ensure updation of Production score to Management. 22 To ensure Steel Fabrication and Theme production SOP is followed 23 To give data for preparation of QC reports 24 Proper Packing of Material and maintaining Packing List 25 To ensure reduction in Rework/ rejection in Steel Fabrication and Theme Production and submit Report 26 Proper disposal fo scrap at Vendors shop Floor 27 Prepare and update CAAPA file. 28 Checking and approving of Vendor bills for Steel and Theme production. 29 Use techniques to ensure reduction of wastages in Steel and Theme Production Special Qualification: Six Sigma certification /lean manufacturing (Preferable not compulsory) Company Details -: We, xyz (Original Company Name Hide) established in the years 2012 based in india and well equipped to carry projects worldwide are one of the foremost manufacturers, traders, and exporters of an extensive array of water park equipment.
