1) Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval. 2) Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms. 3) Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules 4) Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates. 5) Managing and handling the orientation of new employees. 6) Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees. 7) Managing the employees’ data of each department. 8) Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department. Skills & Knowledge: 1) High level of confidentiality. 2) Candidate sourcing skills. 3) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4) Time management. 5) Teamwork. 6) Problem Solving. 7) Leadership.
