Job Title-Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Responsibility:-
  1. Development & Implementation of new marketing strategies (Online / Exhibitions / Client visit) for generating as much as enquiries for machines & tapping enquiries to sales orders.
  2. Attending Client enquiries through walk-in factory visits, website, mails, telephonic calls & exhibitions, etc. Understanding customer’s requirements by analysing their product segment, selecting suitable machine model & Immediately providing quotations to clients.
  3. Constant customer follow up after sending the quotation & convincing customers to visit our facility for tapping enquiries to sales orders.
  4. Fetching as much as Auxiliaries & Mould orders along with every machine order & convincing clients to purchase whole package from one platform for their convenience & to increase the turnover of the Company.
  5. Development & Implementation of Monthly / Yearly Sales targets of machines segment wise to make the most of available resources & Man power.
  6. Development & implementation of sales strategies & systems over written communication to avoid & reduce miscommunication within the marketing & sales team & also within the organisation.
  7. Fulfilling complete sales & after sales formalities as mentioned in the checklist (attached along with) i.e. from order procurement to installation of machine.
  8. Timely outstanding payment follow up.
  9. Maintaining after sales customer relations by making courtesy mails, calls & sometimes engineer visits to your existing customer to learn about their current production status, machine performance & if they need any service, spares from us or any technical details if they need.
  10. SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities & Threats) Analysis for self & for company.
  11.  Attending clients & office internal work if need arises after office hours (after 6 PM)
  12. Daily brief reporting of the work before leaving office.
  13. Further Marketing, Sales & Customer Relations strategy to be discussed after joining.
