| Job Responsibility:- |
- For working under the scope of QMS.
- For ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained.
- For reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
- For ensuring initiation of action(s) to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of nonconformities.
- For ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- For approving & reapproving internal formats.
- For issuing Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Quality Plans, Work Instructions, internal/external Formats, external documents.
- For planning, conducting and documenting Internal Quality Audits.
- For communicating Quality Policy, Quality Objectives throughout the organization.
- For ensuring that latest version of external document is issued.
- For analysing the MIS data.
- For ensuring the adequacy of resource for proper implementation of QMS.
- For scheduling and conducting the MRM.
- For identifying and controlling risk associated with impact on delivery and quality of the product.
- For monitoring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and communicating the same to Plant Manager.
- For control of departmental records.
- For identifying and controlling risk associated with impact on delivery and quality of the product.
- For work environment.
- For identifying and communicating need for training to HR.
- For supporting to other departments for smooth work flow, and measure & continually improve the performance of QMS.
- For identification of sources of existing or potential non-conformances
- For complying with all the applicable requirements of API product standards.
- For ensuring corrections and corrective actions are taken for detected non conformities during internal or external audit.
- ·For ensuring preventive actions are taken for potential non conformities.
- · For continual improvement.
- For providing data for analysis.
