| 1) Daily tracking of day-to-day factory activities. 2) Daily coordinating with HO team to check on Assembly, Production plan, Quality issues and new product requirement. 3) Share DPR(Daily production report), Major quality issue and Factory problems with HO on daily basis. 4) Ensuring timely closure of HO requirements for products. 5) Managing and allocating manpower throughout the facility based on workload and urgencies, along with tracking manpower productivity. 6) Making and implementing processes to increase productivity. 7) Identifying bottlenecks in process, resources and time to optimize waste. 8) Ensuring adherence of processes throughout all functions of the facility, Production, Quality, Store and Warehouse. | ||||
