| Note - This company provide accommodation. 1) Monthly reconciliation of raw materials & miscellaneous items. 2) Monthly plan preparation based on priority. 3) Productivity monitoring of Man & machine on daily basis. 4) Documentation related to execution. 5) Circulation of drawings to Engineers. 6) Keep records of all measurement reports and progress on daily basis. 7) Prepare client bill, certification, and coordination for payment. 8) Preparation of Accepted Cost Estimation and various schedules for optimum utilization of manpower, material, and resources. 9) Preparation of Standard Work Procedure considering all safety and quality standards for better productivity and executing the job as per Safety Norms and ensuring Quality for achieving customer satisfaction. 10) Studying drawings before raising the material requisition time to time for smooth and steady execution of job. 11) Coordinating and arranging meeting with various internal teams like Execution, Safety, Quality, Plant and Machinery, Suppliers and Sub Contractor. 12) Coordinating with the Client and Consultant. 13) Micro planning of Resource Mobilization and updating the daily progress. 14) Preparation of customer satisfaction report, compliance report and daily progress report. 15) Resource allocation and distribution of resources as per scheduled time. 16) Maintaining Quality as per IS. 17) Coordinating with stores and P&M for necessary required materials and maintenance work. 18) Monthly payment sheet & bill checking of sub contractor. 19) Preparation of catch-up plan for achieving the targeted quantity.
