| Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive to join our team at our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) order processing, maintaining MIS, and coordinating with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics provider) for efficient logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. D2C Order Processing: ▪ Receive and process consumer orders accurately and efficiently through WMS or ecommerce portal. ▪ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. ▪ Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize order processing. 2. 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Coordination: ▪ Liaise with Emiza, our Third-Party Logistics partner, for smooth inbound and outbound operations. ▪ Coordinate transportation schedules, warehouse activities, and order tracking. ▪ Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to logistics and order management. 3. Management Information Systems (MIS): ▪ Maintain and update MIS databases with accurate and relevant information. ▪ Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into operational performance. 4. Warehouse Operations Support: ▪ Provide support to warehouse operations as needed, including inventory reconciliation and cycle counting. ▪ Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. ▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and targets. | ||||
