| Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for finalization of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual accounts within timeline and high-level accuracy. 2) Review book hygiene and effective internal financial control on key parameters like ageing, tax compliance etc. 3) Setting up and maintaining internal control. Assist Head of Finance in day-to-day operations to devise proper accounting procedures and internal controls. 4) Review and getting monthly tax returns submission on or before due dates without errors. 5) Ensuring adherence of closing schedule of accounts and data submission to auditors for review. 6) Having good knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Accounting, Balance sheets, P&L, MIS Reports, and day-to-day accounting. 7) Handling fund planning and daily fund Management, ensuring timely payments to various stakeholders. 8) Drive compliance of all Finance & Accounting policies and guidelines within the business (e.g., MSME, GST,Bank accounts, Expense booking in same month etc. 9) Drive performance improvement / cost control initiatives. 10) Accountable for timely and accurate submission of all reports (MIS) to management. 11) Interface with Corporate Secretarial for Secretarial compliance matters. 12) Working knowledge of Imports and Exports accounting, taxation, documentation etc. is essential. Skills & Knowledge: 1) Good working knowledge of MS Office. (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 2) English: Good business communication skills both written (email, etc.) & oral. 3) Sound Experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel and automation tools. 4) Knowledge of Inda’s reporting requirements is essential. 5) Strong Analytical Skills is essential.
