| Required only local candidate- Thane, Ghadbunder, Miraroad, Bhayander 1.Develop, implement, and review processes and procedures. 2.Identify quality control issues and offer ways to improve. 3.Examine data and help forecast any long-term planning. 4.Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. 5.Monitor production to resolve issues. 6.Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of production are running smoothly. 7.Determine amount of necessary resources. 8.Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Requirements and skills 1.Deep knowledge of production management. 2.Understanding of quality standards. 3.Knowledge of performance evaluation. 4.Experience in reporting on key production metrics. 5.Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. 6.Excellent organizational and leaderships skills. 7.Attention to detail. 8.Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach. 9.Proven experience as an operations manager or similar role. 10.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 11.Strong problem-solving capability.
