Job Title	-	⁠D2C dispatch executive
Job Responsibility:-
Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently in a direct-to-consumer environment. Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping according to established procedures. Ensure accuracy in order picking and packing to minimize errors in shipments. Utilize shipping software or systems to generate shipping labels and track orders. Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the shipping and packing zones. Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet the specified standards before dispatch. Handle and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to order fulfillment and shipping. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and warehouse personnel, to optimize order fulfillment processes. Comply with all safety procedures and guidelines for handling and shipping products.
