Comprehensive Plant Management: Undertake the holistic management of the manufacturing plant, including QC, HR, labor, machinery maintenance, production planning, and inter-departmental conflict resolution. 2. Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamlining processes for heightened productivity and resource optimization. 3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs across all manufacturing functions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance with ISO, Six Sigma, and other manufacturing standards. 4. Quality Control Leadership: Assume full responsibility for QC processes, ensuring products meet rigorous quality standards. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance product quality. 5. Human Resource Management: Spearhead HR functions related to the manufacturing plant, from talent acquisition and retention to fostering a positive work environment. 6. Conflict Resolution: Proactively resolve conflicts between departments, promoting a collaborative and harmonious work environment. 7. Monitoring and Compliance: Establish robust monitoring mechanisms for SOP adherence, utilizing ISO and Six Sigma standards. Ensure regulatory compliance and certifications are maintained. 8. Experience-Driven Decision Making: Leverage a decade of experience to make strategic decisions that contribute to the overall success and growth of the manufacturing setup.
