Job Title-Sales Co-ordinator (Fluent English)
Job Responsibility:-
  Note - Candidate should be fluent in english 

1.Co-coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important       documents and communicating relevant information.
  2.Responding to complaints from customer and give after sales support when     requested.
  3.Store and update data in electronic form and present reports 
  4.Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timeliness .
  5.Inform clients of unforeseen delay or problem.
  6.Monitor the team progress, identify shortcomings and process improvements.
  7.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material.
  8.Ensure adherence to law and policies.

Requisite Skills:
  1. Follow –up with production for order status and Dispatch dates.
  2. Maintain record of orders in excel sheet.
  3. Handle queries and responding complaints from customers.
  4. Prepare data of clients.
  5. Print orders and screening of special material, also handover to pre-production
Desired Skills:
  1. Experienced sales co-ordinator.
  2. Good computer skill including mailing and Drafting .
  3. Must Have High Proficiency in English.
  4. Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. A Team player with high level dedication.
