- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

- End to End Execution, strategic and analytical thinking ability.
- Knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, etc.
- Sales and Business development for Organization across the markets.
- Work with team to execute annual marketing campaigns and sales strategies within assigned territories.
- Exhibitions & Training Programs - Responsible for participation in exhibitions and seminars.
- Travelling across customer locations as per requirement.
- Development of customer based and build sales orders.
- Setting up a marketing department.
- Establishing an explosive growth in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Manage a team of Sales marketing & Execution.
- Good skills in Brand Strategy Development, Developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Handling the marketing, campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing.
- Clearly understand and implement marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
- Creating marketing plans, defining campaign objectives, identifying target audience segments, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively.
- Provide analytical reporting of Sales & Marketing to stakeholders.
- Skills in Cross-Functional Collaboration, Market Analysis and Monitoring, and Brand Performance Tracking.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
Qualifications & Skills.
- MBA or Related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent Multitasking skills and team collaboration.
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
