| Job Responsibility:- | ||||
| 1) Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. 2) Manage and maintain ISO documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other industry regulations. 3) Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and improve product quality. 4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions. 5) Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other quality management systems. 6) Investigate and perform root cause analysis for quality issues, and work on corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. 7) Analyze quality data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend actions for process improvements. 8) Provide training to employees on quality procedures and guidelines. 9) Monitor and assess supplier quality, ensuring that external products and services meet our quality standards. 10) Maintain a well-organized system for document control. 11) Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization. 12) Strong knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO [Insert Relevant ISO Standard]. 13) Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA). 14) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 15) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 16) Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Note- It takes 20 minutes by rickshaw from the Nalasopara station to go to this company.
