  2. Material handling & resource utilization along with control on consumabales.
  3. Improvement in system / procedure to increase productivity.
  4. Standard Operating procedure & to update the same for smooth functioning (internal dept feedback).
  5. Maintaining delivery schedule.
  6. Timely report with analysis
