Job Title		Tender Executive
Job Responsibility:-
Checking tender online on different government portals and shortlisting relevant tenders based on company profile. Should be able to identify the pre-qualification requirements for Tenders. Studying Tender / Bid Documents & Drafting synopsis of Tender. Preparing pre-bid clarification documents and attending the Pre bid meetings. Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering. Coordinating with admin/accounts department for preparation of EMD, Bank guarantee etc. documents needed for bid submission. Follow up for refund of EMD, Bank guarantee with departments after opening of tender. Should be familiar with major government e-tendering portals for documentation uploading. Obtain sub-supplier costs where necessary. To collate and present MIS on a monthly and quarterly basis. About the company :-             XYZ Ltd.
